Change of Dividend Record Date
Further to the announcement of Robert Walters plc's full year results for the year ended 31 December 2023 made on 7 March 2024, the Board announce that the dividend record date has been changed from 1 May 2024 to 3 May 2024. There is no change to the dividend payment date of 31 May 2024.
All other information relating to the final dividend contained in the announcement under RNS 9165F made at 7:00am on 7 March 2024 remains unchanged.
