Net fee income for the first four months of the year was 17% above that achievedin the same period in 2006. This positive start to the year gives us confidencein achieving an outcome in line with current market expectations. The Company continues to purchase shares in line with its share buy backprogramme. Finally, as announced with the preliminary results I am standing down asChairman and will be succeeded by Philip Aiken. It is the intention of theBoard to appoint an additional Non-executive Director in the near future."
