Announcement of further Share Issuance
Further to announcement released by the Company on 24 April 2020 regarding the issue of equity, the Company is pleased to confirm that, due to further investor demand arising following the closing of that issue, the Company intends to issue further new ordinary shares at the same price of US$1.165 per new ordinary share, reflecting a 15.3 per cent. premium to the 31 March 2020 net asset value.
The Company intends to issue new ordinary shares on this basis until close of business today. Investors wishing to participate in this issuance should reflect their interest to J.P. Morgan Cazenove.
