Rentokil Initial plc (the Company)
The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 11 April 2019 at 16:37 under RNS No 9600V.
The correct share price achieved on the transaction was £3.6393314 not £3.638606 as previously announced.
All other details remain unchanged.

Rentokil Initial plc (the Company)
The Company hereby announces that the awards granted under the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan (PSP) in March 2015 and March 2016 to Jürgen Höfling (a person discharging managerial responsibility) have been exercised with 150,510 shares subsequently being sold at a share price of 363.93314p to cover his tax liability.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
