APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rentokil Initial plc (LSE: RTO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Angela Seymour-Jackson as a non-executive director, with effect from 5 March 2012.
Angela was until recently the Chief Executive Officer of RAC Motoring Services, with previous roles including Distribution Director at Aviva UK Life and Distribution Director at Norwich Union Insurance.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Insurance Institute, and has a Masters degree in Marketing.
Announcing the appointment, John McAdam, Chairman of Rentokil Initial plc, said: "Angela has extensive knowledge of service focused organisations with a strong track record of improving customer care, which will be particularly valuable to Rentokil Initial. We are delighted that she will be joining the Board as a non-executive director."
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.15, it is confirmed that there are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
