William Rucker stands down as Non-Executive Director
Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO) today announces that William Rucker stood down as a non-executive director yesterday, 14 March 2013, following a review of his commitments which include the chairmanship of recently re-listed Crest Nicholson PLC.
The board is appreciative of William's considerable contribution to Rentokil Initial since joining the board in 2008.
