Additional listing of shares

Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made for the listing of a total of 10,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. 

Admission of the shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on Tuesday 18 October 2022.

These shares will be issued to satisfy awards under the rules of the Terminix Global Holdings, Inc. 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan, the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan, and any other employee share plans of the Company.
