Directors' Dealing
The Company announces that Andy Pendlebury, Chief Executive Officer of the Company was informed today that his stockbrokers had automatically reinvested the RTC dividend received on the 105,000 shares that he sold on 3 June 2016 in RTC shares, accordingly, on 5 July 2016, he acquired 3,208 Ordinary Shares at a price of 65.54p.
Andy Pendlebury now holds 696,871 Ordinary Shares representing 4.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
