Ben Taylor - Change in responsibilities
As stated in our preliminary statement issued on 29 July 2015, Ben Taylor has indicated his wish to step down from full-time employment and work on a part-time basis until his retirement at the end of July 2016.
Ben will therefore be relinquishing his executive responsibilities with effect from 1 January 2016 but will continue to serve on the board until his retirement.
Allen Roberts will take on responsibility for HR, product quality and compliance, and CSR matters.
Ben will continue to have strategic oversight of sales and marketing and will work with William Lee, who is a member of the senior management team on the Executive Board, on sales and marketing matters during the period until Ben's retirement.
