Restore plc (AIM: RST) announces it has been notified that, on 19 August 2020, Neil Ritchie, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following these purchases, Mr Ritchie holds a beneficial interest in a total of 14,346 Ordinary Shares respectively.
