Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 1 February 2019, Nigel Dews, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, purchased 14,084 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 284 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Dews holds 23,868 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
