Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 26 March 2018, Nigel Dews, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, purchased 9,784 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 511 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Dews holds 9,784 Ordinary Shares, which will represent approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital following admission of the Placing Shares, as defined in the Company's announcement dated 26 March 2018 with RNS Number 8365I.
