Mark will be joining Radstone's Board of Directors on 18th September 2006. Mark (43) is currently Group Finance Director of Victoria PLC, a fully listedmanufacturing company having joined Victoria's Board in May 1998. Previously,he was a director of Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance and prior to that workedin investment banking.
