Mavinwood PLC25 May 2006 25 May 2006 Mavinwood plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 9,772,795 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares represent 50 per cent. of the total deferredconsideration of £2,150,015 being paid by the Company pursuant to a sale andpurchase agreement dated 13 April 2005 under which the Company agreed topurchase the entire issued share capital of Restore Group Holdings Limited. 4,642,658 of the new Ordinary Shares are being issued to John Minton, a directorof the Company, who will as a result hold 4,762,658 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 1.4 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares anddealings are expected to commence on 31 May 2006 on AIM.
