Reliance Security Group PLC28 April 2006 Reliance Security Group plc ("Reliance") Board Changes The Directors of Reliance announce that Mark Radcliffe retired as anon-executive Director on 28 April 2006. Mr Radcliffe has been a Director ofReliance since 1995 and prior to that chaired its security services business. Commenting on Mark Radcliffe's retirement, Brian Kingham, Chairman, said: "Mark has given Reliance unstinting and invaluable support and advice over along period and we are deeply grateful for his contribution to our business. Wewish him all the very best for a long and happy retirement." The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Wood as anon-executive Director with effect from 1 May 2006. Roger Wood was a Director ofCentrica plc from 1997 following its demerger from British Gas plc until hisretirement in 2004. His roles included those of managing director of British GasServices Limited and of the Automobile Association. Prior to that he wasDirector General of Matra Marconi Space NV and also held senior roles withinNortel, STC and ICL. He is currently a non-executive director of Paypoint plc.
