In accordance with the requirements of UK Listing Rule 6.4.9 (2) R, the Company has been notified by John Roche, a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, of a change in directorship in another publicly quoted company.

John Roche, a Non-Executive Director, informed the Company in October 2024 that he was appointed to the board of Syncona Limited as a non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2024. Syncona Limited is a leading life science investor focused on creating, building and scaling a portfolio of global leaders in life science.
