In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has been notified by a member of the Board of a change in their directorships in another publicly quoted company.

Patrick Firth, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed to the board of India Capital Growth Fund Limited as a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 25 September 2020.
