Riverstone Energy Limited (the "Company") announces that Claire Whittet, who has served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director for more than nine years, has informed the Company that she will not seek re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2025.

The Board would like to extend its thanks and appreciation to Claire Whittet for her dedicated service as a Non-Executive Director over the past nine years. Her expertise has been instrumental in guiding the Company through numerous milestones and achievements.
