Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Company announces that on 21 July 2022, the following share awards were granted to its Executive Directors:
(i) Annual awards under the RS Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2022 ("LTIP");
(ii) Journey to Greatness awards under the RS Group plc LTIP; and
(iii) Awards under the RS Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the
UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
