RS Group plc appoints a new Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Carole Cran as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2024. Carole will also be a member of the Audit Committee.

Carole joins RS with extensive financial experience and has a strong focus on governance and risk. Carole is currently Chief Commercial Officer and Finance Officer at Forth Ports Limited and is a non-executive director of Halma plc, where she is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. She was Chief Financial Officer of Aggreko plc until December 2017, prior to which she held a number of senior finance roles within that group and has also held senior financial positions at BAE Systems plc. She commenced her career in the audit division of KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
