Block Listing Application
A block listing application has been made for 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The admission is expected to be effective on 23 March 2023.
These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. They will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
