In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests in gold, manganese and base metals, announces that as of 30 April 2021, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,189,748,017 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 1,189,748,017 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
