The following replaces the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released by Red Rock Resources plc on 31 May 2011 at 15:00 under RNS No 4825H. As previously released, that announcement understated the number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Red Rock Resources plc ("Ordinary Shares") in issue by 3,100,000 Ordinary Shares. Red Rock Resources plc has a total of 706,841,617 Ordinary Shares in issue and not 703,741,617 Ordinary Shares - as had previously been announced.

Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company"), the gold mining and exploration company with projects in Kenya and Colombia, and interests in steel feed, uranium, and rare earths, announces, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the Company has 706,841,617 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 706,841,617 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
