Red Rock Resources Plc announces that the 63,480,391 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each issued pursuant to the placing announced on 23 April 2019 will be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 May 2019.

Accordingly, as of that date, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 676,049,662 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 676,049,662.

The above figure of 676,049,662 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
