Red Rock Resources PLC (the "Company") was yesterday notified that Andrew Bell, a director of the Company, has sold a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), with the trade concluding on 24 June 2010, at a weighted average price of 2.13 pence per share.
Following the sale, Mr Bell is directly interested in 800,000 Ordinary Shares.
In addition to his direct interests in Ordinary Shares, Mr Bell remains interested in the following options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares:
