Rose (AIM: ROSE), the AIM quoted natural resources business, has been informed of the following transaction in ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 April 2018 by Matthew Idiens, CEO of Rose.
Β
Mr Idiens purchased 800,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 2.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Idiens now has a total beneficial interest in 1,620,257 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.44 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
