Total Voting Rights - 31 July 2024
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 July 2024 consisted of 20,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). No shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 20,000,000.
The above figure of 20,000,000 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
