Directors dealing

VANE announces that it received a notification from Matthew Idiens on 3 May 2011 that he has acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company. The price paid for the shares was 2.75 pence per share, in aggregate £27,500.

Following the share purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company beneficially held by Matthew Idiens is 14,305,880 representing approximately 4.38 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
