Update re: CEO Transition
"Rotork (the "Company") notes that its former CEO, Kevin Hostetler, has secured a new role as CEO of Array Technologies Inc in the US. Kevin Hostetler's employment with the Company will terminate on 17 April 2022 by mutual agreement and further details are set out in the s430(2B) statement set out on the Company's website. We wish Kevin every success in his new role."
