Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility and a person closely associated with directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility.
Exercise of sharesave options by Jonathan Davis, Group Finance Director, to acquire ordinary shares in the Company and immediate transfer to a person closely associated.
