Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, has been informed that with effect from 23 June 2023, Jonathan Davis, Rotork's Group Finance Director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Volution Group Plc. Jonathan Davis will also become Chairman of Volution Group's Audit Committee and will join their Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
