Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the gold and base metal exploration company, announces that the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 1,437,239,067 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 1,437,239,067.  

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

§ The Plateau deposit in Queensland has a JORC resource of 130,000 ounces of gold and 800,000 ounces of silver.

§ The Copperhead deposit in Queensland has a JORC resource of 80,000 tonnes of copper, 9,400 tonnes of molybdenum and 1.1 million ounces of silver.

§ The Molaoi deposit in Greece has a JORC resource of 210,000 tonnes of zinc, 39,000 tonnes of lead and 3.5 million ounces of silver.
