("Rockfire" or the "Company")Grant of Options to Directors/PDMRs
Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the gold and base metal exploration company announces that it has today granted a total of 36,000,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") to certain directors and employees of the Company as set out below:

All of the 36,000,000 Options are exercisable for a period of three years from the date of the grant and have an exercise price of 2.1p, being a premium of 110% per cent. to the closing mid-market share price on 25 February 2021, the day prior to this announcement. The Options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the service agreements between each director or employee and the Company.
Following the above grant of the Options, the Company has a total of 60,000,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company outstanding, which represents 7.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
