Rockfire Resources plc
("Rockfire" or the "Company")Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the gold and base metal exploration company announces that on 11 March 2021, Nicholas Walley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 536,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.95p per Ordinary Share.
In addition, on 11 March 2021, Nicholas Walley transferred 29,605,560 Ordinary Shares held in his name, to his qualifying non-UK pension scheme for nil consideration.
Following the above transactions, Nicholas Walley's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 53,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
