Grant of Options
Renew Holdings plc, the specialist engineering and construction services group, has issued options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each to Brian May, Chief Executive, and John Samuel, Group Finance Director, as to 831,884 and 480,435 shares respectively, under the Renew 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme, today. The options are exercisable at a price of 34.5 pence for a period of seven years from 25 November 2012. The options will only be exercisable to the extent that the results for the year ending 30 September 2012 meet certain performance targets.
