Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, has been notified today that on 8 June 2012, Roy Harrison, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 74 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction Mr Harrison has a beneficial interest in 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
