Grant of Options

Renew Holdings plc, the specialist construction services business, today issued options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each to Brian May, Chief Executive, and John Samuel, Finance Director as to 525,963 and 303,440 shares respectively, under the Renew 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable at a price of 54.5 pence for a period of seven years from 26 November 2011. The options will only be exercisable to the extent that the results for the year ending 30 September 2011 meet certain performance targets.
