Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company has today been notified that, Brian May, a Director, transferred 339,193 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Renew ("Renew Shares") to his spouse, at nil cost on 9 October 2013.
Following this transaction, Brian May and his connected persons continue to hold 844,193 Renew Shares representing 1.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
