Renew Holdings PLC24 July 2007 Renew Holdings plc('Renew' or the 'Company') Appointment of Company Lawyer, change of Company Secretaryand Relocation of Head Office Renew is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ben Feather as Company Lawyerand Company Secretary, with effect from 3 September 2007. Ben, aged 36, joinsRenew from HBOS plc where he was the corporate solicitor for their RetailDivision. Whilst at HBOS, he advised on a number of strategic transactions,including acquisitions, major joint ventures and flotations. Ben qualified as asolicitor in 1995 and was previously a senior associate in the corporate financeteam of Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds, specialising in M&A and private equitytransactions. The Company also announces that it will relocate its head office to Aberford,near Leeds, on 1 August 2007. As part of the corresponding reorganisation ofthe Group head office function, Catherine Wright will resign as CompanySecretary on 31 July 2007. The Board would like to thank Catherine for her hardwork over the last several years. John Samuel, Group Finance Director, will takeon the role of Company Secretary from 1 August 2007 until 3 September 2007.
