AGM Statement

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today at the offices of KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4DW at 11am.

At the Group's AGM, Roy Harrison OBE, Chairman of Renew, will say the following:

"Trading for the first quarter of the year has been satisfactory. The order book at 31 December 2011 remained strong at £289m (31 Dec 2010: £283m). £197m of the order book is in Engineering Services, an increase of £18m since 30 September 2011.

New awards in Engineering Services include the first contract under the Trunk Mains Cleansing Framework with Northumbrian Water. The project will commence in early February and is valued at over £5m.

Shepley Engineers has also been appointed to a three year framework agreement to provide engineering site support to the National Nuclear Laboratory at Sellafield.

The Group's interim results will be announced on Tuesday 22 May 2012."
