Dividend Declaration

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023 of 0.7 cents per Ordinary Share, payable on 30 November 2023 to shareholders on the register on 10 November 2023. The ex-dividend date will be on 9 November 2023.

As announced on 7 August 2023, the Board expects the Company's dividend for the quarter ending 31 December 2023 to remain at a reduced level of 0.70 cents per share. Taken together with the dividends declared for the quarters ended 30 September 2023, 31 March 2023 and 30 June 2023, this would equate to a dividend target of 3.5 cents per share for the 2023 financial year*.
