ECOFIN U.S. RENEWABLES INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST PLC

 

Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021 of 0.8 cents per ordinary share, payable on 3 December 2021 to shareholders on the register on 19 November 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 18 November 2021.

 

Following the three interim dividends declared so far (aggregate total of 1.8 cents per ordinary share), the Company remains on course to achieve its dividend target of 2 to 3 per cent (based on the IPO issue price of 100 cents per ordinary share) in respect of the period from Admission until 31 December 2021.
