9 May 2012 Red Emperor Resources NL ("Red Emperor" or "the Company") Issue of Prospectus
Red Emperor Resources NL announces that it has today released a Cleansing Prospectus ("Prospectus"), pursuant to Section 708A(11) of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 and in connection with this is issuing 100 new ordinary shares at AUS$0.50 per share. The purpose of the Prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions that may have attached, or may attach, to shares issued by the Company prior to the closing date.
No action has been taken to permit the offer of shares under the Prospectus in any jurisdiction other than Australia.
