Update re. Proposed Managed Wind-Down of the Company

Further to the Company's announcement on 6 September 2023, RM Infrastructure Income plc announces an update regarding the proposed managed wind-down of the Company (the "Managed Wind-Down").
The Company has made good progress regarding the proposals it intends to put forward to shareholders in relation to the Managed Wind-Down, however some of the discussions on certain aspects of the proposals have not yet reached a conclusion. To that end, the Board now expects to publish a shareholder circular by the end of November 2023 to convene a general meeting at which it will seek approval from shareholders for the Managed Wind-Down and any related matters required to facilitate an orderly realisation.
