Distribution of Dividend

RM, a leading provider of education solutions, announced today in its preliminary full year results statement that its Board has proposed to pay a total dividend of 6.17p per share for the Financial Year ended 30 September 2009. 

The record date is 8 January 2010. The payment date is 5 February 2010.
