Director's Share Option Exercise and Share Dealing
RM plc has been informed that, on 22Β January 2010,Β the following Executive Directors exercised and sold share options.
Rob SirsΒ exercisedΒ unapproved options over 50,000 ordinary shares in the CompanyΒ grantedΒ at 78.5p per shareΒ in 2002. He subsequently sold these shares at a price of 181.75p per share.Β Following these transactions his beneficial holding in the Company remains at 180,536Β shares - representing approximately 0.19% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
Mike Greig exercised approved options over 12,000 ordinary shares in the Company granted at 144.5p per share in 2003. He subsequently sold these shares at a price of 181.75p per share. Following these transactions his beneficial holding in the Company remains at 193,275 shares - representing approximately 0.21% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
