Director's Share Option Exercise and Share Dealing
RM plc has been informed today that the following Executive Director exercised and sold share options on 25 January 2011.
Rob Sirs exercised approved options over 10,350 ordinary 2p shares in the Company granted at 73.5p per share in March 2002. He subsequently sold these shares at an average price of 165.4831p per share. Following these transactions his beneficial holding in the Company remains at 180,482 shares - representing approximately 0.19% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
