RM PLC06 February 2007 6th February 2007 RM Community Connect chosen for all primary schools in Northern Ireland RM confirms that it has entered into an agreement with Northgate InformationSolutions to supply its Community Connect range of ICT infrastructure softwareto primary schools in Northern Ireland as part of the C2K programme. CommunityConnect is already in use in Northern Ireland's post-primary schools as part ofan earlier phase of the C2K programme. Community Connect will be provided as part of Northgate's Lot 6 contract withC2K. Lot 6 is a five-year project to provide a full ICT managed service to 883primary schools in and is intended to enhance teaching and learning forapproximately 150,000 pupils and teachers.
