BOARD APPOINTMENTS
RM announces that, having served 6 years as a Non-Executive Director of RM, Jo Connell will retire at the next annual general meeting. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mrs. Connell for her contribution to RM during that time.
RM is pleased to announce that Patrick Martell has been appointed a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 January 2014.
Mr. Martell is currently Group CEO of St Ives plc, having joined the Group in 1980. He was appointed to the Board of St Ives plc on 1 August 2003 and held the position of Managing Director, Media Products and Managing Director, UK Operations from 2006 to 2009, at which point he was appointed Group CEO.
During Mr. Martell's time as Group CEO, St Ives plc has made a transition from manufacturer to service provider, resulting in significant increases in both operating profit and share price.
There are no further details relating to Patrick Martell that require disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
