MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 30 April 2010-PuriCore plc (LSE: PURI) ("PuriCore" or the "Company") today announcesĀ theĀ temporary suspension ofĀ its sharesĀ fromĀ the Official ListĀ of the Financial Services AuthorityĀ ("Official List")Ā and to trading on theĀ London Stock Exchange.Ā

The Company has been, and continues to be, in discussions with its major shareholders and advisers in relation to a number of strategic initiatives. During this time the Company will not be in a position to finalise and publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and will, therefore, be suspended fromĀ listing andĀ trading until suchĀ time as the Annual Report and Accounts are published.

The Company is confident of bringing these discussions to a positive conclusion within a short period of time. PuriCore will update the market on both the conclusion of such discussions and the potential timing of the publication of theĀ Annual Report and Accounts.Ā Once theĀ Annual Report and AccountsĀ are finalised and published, the Company intends to apply to have its shares readmitted to listing on the Official ListĀ and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
